Development Services fees and charges register 2023-24 (PDF, 412KB) takes effect from 1 July 2023.

This register includes fees for: 

  • development advice and information
  • material change of use
  • reconfiguring a lot
  • operational work
  • building work
  • plumbing and drainage work.
