Find resources and information for commercial users on how to use the AWCS. This includes commercial, retail and entertainment sectors.
Commercial users include workers in retail and entertainment (hotel and conference centre). Commercial users need to consider the use of both the AWCS and other waste disposal systems.
Waste items not appropriate for the AWCS include:
- bulk cardboard
- bulk glass
- food waste
- waste items exceeding 300mm
- clinic or related waste
- regulated waste.
Maintenance
- Only approved contractors can undertake maintenance on the AWCS.
