Choose to Move with Group Fitness - it's great way to stay motivated and work out each week with like-minded people.

There is now a range of indoor and outdoor options for people wanting to take part in group exercise classes. Sessions vary in style and are a great introduction for people wanting to try boxing, circuit or boot camp style activities. Class sizes are smaller and you'll have a greater level of support from instructors to meet set and work on your individual goals.  These sessions are also great for older people who want a greater level of challenge than Active Seniors classes allow. Free sessions continue at TAFE during school term times and there's been a change at Nambour with Group Fitness moved from the Showgrounds to Quota Park over winter.

Functional Fitness with Jane from Move for Life. Boutique, indoor class will improve strength, mobility and endurance. Suits any fitness level with beginners and people new to group fitness very welcome. Great one on one support.

Village Park @ Bokarina Beach

Red Face Workouts with Brooke Saxby. Boutique, outdoor group fitness using a variety of exercises that help move your body, at your own level. Specifically for beginners, sessions include resistant bands, hand weights, dumb bells, kettle bells and sometimes, boxing pads. Set your own goals - no workout is ever the same.

Coolum Civic Centre

Indoor Bootcamp Fitness with Gaye. Work at your own pace through a series of strength training and full body movements. Suits men and women of all ages* and mums (without bubs). Perfect for people new to group training and seniors who like more of a challenge as you work with instructor to achieve your own goals.

Lakeside Stage @ Venue 114 in Kawana/Bokarina

Choice of two SoFit sessions with Sue Oakman held outdoors in the amazing lakeside park behind Venue114.

Boxing - Tuesday afternoons
Designed for anyone wanting to get fitter, have fun with a friend or colleague and de-stress. Participants must have a partner to attend and both partners must book separately. Gloves and Pads supplied or bring your own. BYO yoga mat.

Functional Exercise - Wednesday afternoons 
A medley of Body Weight only - functional exercises, cardio, core and abs. This 45 minute sessions is suitable for all levels of fitness and adults of any age.

Nambour sessions now held outdoors in Quota Park 

Circuit Fitness with Alison Simpson has moved from the Showgrounds to Quota Park. Suits any fitness level and is ideal for people wanting to improve physical strength, agility and endurance.  Exercise safely to your own ability and progress each week in a supportive and small group environment. Beginners and people new to circuit training very welcome.

Turner Park in Beerwah 

X-Train with All in One Fitness. A circuit session in the park, X-train is a 45 minute all over body workout targeting cardio and upper body, lower body and abs suitable for all ages and fitness levels with beginners welcome. If raining this session is held inside at the gym located in Turner Park shopping complex.

FREE SESSIONS - TAFE group circuit at Mooloolaba / Mountain Creek Campus 

TAFE Qld and Healthy Sunshine Coast have partnered with the program to deliver free group fitness classes for the community twice a week at the Mooloolaba Campus at Mountain Creek. Sessions are conducted during term times only by Certificate III and IV Diploma of Sports students in their final semester under the supervision of qualified teachers.

Sessions are held outdoors adjacent to TAFE's gymnasium - Degrees of Fitness Gym.
You can attend one or both sessions and start at any time during the term.

Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 6.15am – 7.00am (45 minutes)
Cost: FREE
Location: Meet outside the gym
