Choose to Move with Pilates - Introduction to The Pilates Method helps you to increase flexibility, strengthens your core and improves your mental wellbeing.
Four simple steps to participate: 1. JOIN - You must JOIN THE MOVEMENT before your first class, a one-time online free registration 2. BROWSE - Once you've joined, select classes to attend 3. CONNECT - Follow instructions and make contact with Service Providers 4. ATTEND - Enjoy, then repeat!
Low cost Pilates Lite with instructor Di. Introduction to this gentle yet powerful exercise method targeting flexibility and core strength. No previous Pilates experience required and ideal for beginners and all fitness levels.
Thursdays: 1.00pm to 1.45pm (45 minute class)
Cost: $5.00 per class
Payment: cash or eftpos

All visitors must sign-in to centre upon arrival

What to bring:
This class requires use of a resistance/exercise band. Participates will receive a FREE band from Healthy Sunshine Coast at your first class - remember to bring it each week. You'll need a yoga mat (or foam mat), towel and remember your water bottle.
