The Cotton Tree Aquatic Centre is located on the Cotton Tree Esplanade, situated on the Maroochy River, next to the caravan park.

The Aquatic Centre is managed by Swim Fit and features:
- 50m heated outdoor pool (hoist access available)
- 25m heated enclosed pool (hoist access available)
- 12.5m heated enclosed pool
- water park
- outdoor fitness equipment
- disabled access facilities and change rooms
- aqua aerobics classes
- child minding service
- Swim Fit Aqua Cafe.
