Facilities include a heated indoor pool, a 25 metre heated pool with covered grand stand and a new wading pool. Hoist access is available to the 25m pool.

The Palmwoods Aquatic Centre specialises in:

• learn to swim classes – for infants to mini squads
• adult squads and stroke development lessons for adults
• aqua-aerobics for all levels of fitness.
