Aroona Park

This 2.8 hectare district park has a lot on offer. It provides a shelter, a playground, half basketball court, junior bike track, a cricket pitch as well as plenty of open kick about areas with scattered natural shade

Aroona Park is a large park that offers a lot of activities and space in a quiet neighbourhood location.

The park provides a children's cycle track equipped with road line markings and road signs to help set the scene for an exciting junior road experience. There is a children's playground with elements spaced out creating separate play area which can cater for many individual groups at any one time. The half basketball and half netball courts, goal post and cricket pitch all nicely spaced apart, provide fun for both teenagers and adults.

Barbecue and picnic facilities are provided along with plenty of natural shade, on street carparking. There is even a gazebo style shelter to sit and take in the surrounds.

Dogs are permitted off leash at indicated times shown on park signs provided (Monday to Friday 4pm – 8am).
